Egyptian Lion Chaise, The Magic Flute

Piece was made with poplar wood birch plywood.
The general shape of sides, legs, tails, and heads were cut using a Shaper Tool and then hand carved to achieve final form.
Rattan matting was glued down to plywood and inset. The details are pieces of lasercut veneer, glued down.
